Key Responsibilities :
Conduct FBAs and create effective BIPs.
Analyze and adjust data-driven programs.
Mentor and support behavior technicians.
Collaborate with families to design actionable goals.
Document all client interactions and progress.
Qualifications :
Active BCBA certification.
Advanced degree in ABA or a related field.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
