To join our team as a California-based Field Manager! We need a leadership professional who can oversee a field team working in residential customer homes and managing relationships with Trade Allies and Subcontractors. With general guidance from Program management and in accordance with organization goals, values and norms, provides direction on activities, behaviors and performance, and motivates team members. Strategically identifies, analyzes, and prioritizes problems, plans, tasks, and solutions. Monitors team budget and resource allocations to ensure proper use of assets; achieving profitability, productivity, and growth targets. Reports to management and program(s) on team accomplishments, achievements, and productivity. Monitors department's productivity using dashboard reports, Excel, or other self-developed tools. Develops long-range financial and nonfinancial objectives and strategic plans identifying internal and external issues that could affect growth and profitability. Understands customer and program requirements. Analyzes local market and program data to inform labor and performance forecasts.

Manage Subcontractors, Trade Allies and Field staff.
Teach and train others in energy efficiency, electrification, and residential assessments.
Work closely with leadership on most complex, high risk, high payoff, accounts and projects.
Work on standard work and more complex projects, especially in concert with team members on larger projects or with engineering on new measures.
Conduct complex Post Install Checks in person or remotely.
Support multiple Client Programs in residential energy efficiency and electrification through either field team support.

8+ years relevant industry experience
Technical certification / training preferred (BPI, LEED, etc.)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Experience working in cloud-based systems (Salesforce, SnuggPro, Sharepoint, etc.) performing tasks, reporting, and quality control spot-checks
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Confidence in a leadership role : documenting processes and procedures; documenting and executing root cause analysis and corrective action plans; team performance management; etc.
Compensation : $99,700 - $115,000 / Annually
Compensation Range
96,000.00 - $144,000.00
