Accounting Manager

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee subsidiary accounting and compliance in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Orchestrate external providers for subsidiary accounting, statutory reporting, and audits

Lead tax and regulatory compliance with partners and manage intercompany activity

Run a timely and accurate GAAP close, including account reconciliations and financial analysis

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred

Approximately 7+ years of accounting experience, ideally in SaaS and global operations

Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting

Experience with ERP / FRx tools, preferably NetSuite, and advanced Excel skills

Experience in public accounting, particularly with Big Four firms, is a plus
