Job Description

Demonstrates a proven high level of knowledge and skill in the following :

• Diagnose Molds to repair or replace parts and make adjustments as needed.
• Inspects Molds to insure proper operation.
• Responsible for entering ALL work orders and PMs into the system on your shift.
• Troubleshoots hydraulic circuits and cooling circuits.
• Make sure inventory is maintained on replacement components.
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits and thermal issues.
• Oversees major amount of work required for each mechanical project assigned.
• Trains specialized skills for enhancing lesser skilled personnel.
• Performs welding (MIG, Micro MIG, TIG) as needed.
• Must be able to perform ALL duties of the Maintenance A, and B position.
• Miscellaneous maintenance duties as assigned. Mold Cleaning, Mold Setting, Minor Mold Maintenance
