Fast growing, material handling and storage innovation company searching for an experienced Sales & Marketing Product leader to join our team as General Manager. Role will be responsible for overall organizational strategy, including financial performance, and providing strategic direction to double revenue in three years. Will drive productivity and continuous improvement through all of the business functions. Role will report directly to the President with direct reports for Sales / Marketing, Engineering and Ops / Project Management.

Position will be based full time on-site at the Waukesha, WI location; Monday-Friday; overtime, travel, and weekends as needed to support the business growth.

Sales / Marketing

• Lead pricing strategy development for both standard and custom product lines, including discount concessions and vendor impact / considerations ; guide and align quotation processes with sales strategies and growth targets.
• Lead / implement marketing strategy to support high growth business.
• Decision making on marketing spends, and approach for content / digital.
• Drive outbound marketing to support lead generation.
• Determine target industries.
• Determine post sale marketing strategy and customer support model.
• Manage website execution and drive sales through CRM platform.
• Assist in frontlines sales generation, qualification and execution.
