At SSM Health, we are committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services. Our Southern Illinois Medical Group is actively seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our fast-paced Express Clinics in Mt. Vernon and Centralia IL on a PRN / Fill-In basis!

Minimum Qualifications :

Graduate of a nationally accredited Nurse Practitioner Program .

Must have two (2) years of NP experience specifically in urgent care, occupational medicine or primary care.

Current NP licensure in State of Illinois.

Must be available to work at least one (1) shift per month with availability to cover on weekends.

Job Details :

Urgent Care setting, x-ray and labs on-site!

Facility Hours : Monday-Saturday, 7a-7p; Sunday 8a-2p.

Self-schedule with other APP's.

In-office procedures include suture & stable removal, giving stitches & removing stitches, minor wound care, braces & slings for fractures.

Strong support staff including nurse triage.

Eligible for overtime. Pay commensurate with experience!
