About the Role

Neon is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to be the technical bridge between our platform and the game studios we serve. You'll help partners integrate with Neon's tools, solve hard technical problems, and unlock new possibilities for creators. This role blends engineering skill with customer empathy-ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and turning complex integrations into seamless experiences. Your work will directly shape how game creators achieve financial independence through Neon.

What You'll Do

• Lead technical integrations for strategic partners, from discovery through implementation
• Collaborate with partner studios to design workflows, build proofs-of-concept, and resolve integration challenges
• Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align partner needs with our product roadmap
• Develop reusable integration patterns, guides, and best practices that accelerate adoption across the ecosystem
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to game studios and represent their voice inside Neon
