What You'll Do

• Lead all facets of store operations with an ownership mindset
• Build a team culture rooted in hospitality, clarity, and accountability
• Set daily service expectations and ensure a consistently excellent guest experience
• Manage scheduling, ordering, inventory, payroll, and other key admin systems
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and team development
• Collaborate with FOH / BOH managers to maintain safety, flow, and standards
• Execute store financials with support from the executive team
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and systems
• Lead from the floormodeling poise, urgency, and humility at every service
