As a Defense Mission Professional, you'll bring your tactical and technical expertise as you lead a team on projects for training and education. You'll provide support to marines utilizing the Live, Virtual, and Constructive training devices as part of their training. You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes to improve the training environment for the Marine Corps. You'll oversee the work we do for training and education and the solutions we deliver for Marine Corps units training. You served your country as a Ground Combat Arms professional. You Have : + 2+ years of experience planning and supporting Marine Corps training requirements at the regiment level and below + 2+ years of experience with Marine Corps Live, Virtual, and Constructive training systems + Experience as an Operations Officer or Chief of an infantry or other ground combat arms battalion or regiment + Ability to develop plans and support packages to help Marine Corps units accomplish tactical-level training + Secret clearance + Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have : + Knowledge of the Marine Corps Planning Process + Ability to coordinate with local commands to develop support plans that incorporate Marine Corps training systems + Graduate of a Marine Corps Expeditionary Warfare School or Command and Staff College, or equivalent service level schools + Project Management Professional Certification Clearance : Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
