Key Responsibilities
Drive platform growth through new seller acquisition and strategic partnerships
Negotiate business terms and partnership agreements with high-value sellers
Coach and mentor team members to strengthen selling and analytical capabilities
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in Business Development and / or as an Account Executive
Results-oriented approach with a focus on non-GMV benchmarks
Experience working with external and cross-functional partners
CRM experience required, preferably with Salesforce
Strong proficiency in analytical skills, including Excel
