Job description

Position Summary

An established community-focused healthcare organization is seeking a bilingual NP or PA for a full-time primary care role. The position is based at a newly launching Los Lunas clinic and involves treating adult patients in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive adult primary care services
  • Conduct physical exams, manage chronic conditions, and treat acute issues
  • Collaborate closely with support staff and RN team
  • Document clinical care in Elation EMR

Education & Experience

  • Licensed NP or PA in New Mexico
  • Spanish fluency required
  • Prior experience in primary care or community health strongly preferred
