Overview

CHAW is seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) with active BCBA / BCaBA certification to provide Behavior Consultation under Virginias DD Waivers. This is a consultative service including assessment behavior support planning training modeling interventions and data-based monitoring.

Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs).

Develop Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) with proactive strategies and replacement behaviors.

Provide training and consultation to families caregivers staff.

Model behavioral interventions during in-person sessions as needed.

Participate in annual ISP meetings and quarterly reviews.

Collect and analyze data; provide graphed / tabulated updates.

Complete Medicaid documentation (progress notes quarterly / annual / final reviews training logs).

Qualifications

Licensed in Virginia as LBA / LABA.

Active BCBA / BCaBA certification from BACB.

Experience with individuals with ID / DD.

Schedule & Modality

Unit 1 hour; flexible consultative -person required for assessments BSP development and training. Frequency determined by ISP authorization (commonly 14 visits / month).

Compensation : $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
