Internal Medicine - Critical Care Physician

Intensivist Opportunity in Southern NC

• Multi specialty practice is seeking a Board-certified physician who is additionally certified in the subspecialty of Critical Care medicine.
• 2 Physicians and 2 APPs per shift, manageable census. Swing shift support. Nights covered by experienced APP. Employed PRN staff available for coverage.
• Prefer candidates with 2+ years of experience as an Intensivist who can assist with the development of the program. May accept candidates with prior critical care experience who have recently completed a fellowship.
• 100% inpatient. Medical, cardiac, and surgical ICU.
• Transitioning from an open to a closed ICU with 50 critical care beds + telehealth monitoring of our 10 bed ICU at a satellite campus.
• Conducive block scheduling with 7-on / 7-off model that promotes work-family balance.
• C ompetitive base salary will be discussed directly with serious candidates
