POSITION SCOPE :

FoundRae Fine Jewelry is hiring a Boutique Manager to lead the successful day-to-day operations by inspiring, leading and developing our sales team. We are seeking a passionate, authentic, and experienced luxury retail manager who embraces our brand ethos and delivers on driving sales goals and KPI's while providing exceptional client experience.

Business Performance :

• for driving revenue and profitability through clear and thoughtful communication of plans to the team in order to meet and exceed monthly targets
• and empower the team to achieve KPI goals by communicating and driving a collaborative culture of performance and accountability against shared KPI's
• sales performance, analyze results and develop creative and innovative opportunities to drive sales
• with Senior Director, Retail to review monthly targets and performance.
