Production Supervisor

Job Summary :

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Production Supervisor to lead and support the afternoon shift team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met while supervising a team of 20+ production associates within our food production facility.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 20+ production associates to meet daily production goals.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation standards (HACCP, GMPs, SQF).
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow to meet operational targets.
• Conduct shift meetings, assign tasks, and ensure proper staffing levels.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and employee performance.
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement on the production floor.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing support and feedback to team members.
