Trillium Construction is seeking a Carpenter for a project in Clayton, MO.

Pay rate is $35 / hour plus Per Diem : $100 / day for all 7 days. Schedule : Mon - Fri, 40h / week.

Qualifications :

• Pre-employment screenings
• 10+ years of experience
• Residential and Commercial Experience
• Read blueprints
• Understand Job Site Safety
• Able to manage project timelines and communicate needs with leadership effectively
• Problem Solving Skills
• Managing and working with Crews of 2-5 / Maintain Morale, Steady Pace, Identify Report Personnel Issues
• Basic understanding of Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing / Painting Rough Carpentry
• Framing (Wood and Metal Studs)
• Hanging Drywall - Residential and Commercial
• Basic Flooring & Trim Experience - Does not need to be Finish Carpenter
• Interior Demo Experience
• Skid Steer Experience
• Some Concrete Experience
