Supply Chain Manager
Masterfully executes supply chain functions such as data analytics, purchasing, demand planning, contracting, sourcing, technical integrations, quality assurance, compliance, training oversight, master data manipulation and inventory redistribution. Translates supervisor instructions into work assignments for subordinate analysts or other individual contributors. Innovates and advances the development of supply chain goals and objectives, builds system standards and practices, provides training on processes and technology, and audits for conformance to standards. Builds relationships with key stakeholders to identify opportunities and implement improvement plans to produce cost reductions, process efficiencies and corrective actions. Accomplishes high-level projects and tasks in conjunction with system-level leaders to promote an efficient, cost effective process that meets the long term vision of supply chain's senior leaders. Fully grasps and mentors teams on operations, business requirements and available decision support analytics tools and data sources. Scope includes supply chain activities from Source-to-Settle.
Job Accountabilities :
Education : Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma. Bachelor's in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
Typical Experience : 5 years recent relevant experience.
Skills and Knowledge : Knowledge of end-to-end business systems processes and flows. Knowledge of computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook), EPIC, and related information systems. Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning software and supporting applications. Communication skills in engaging with business and internal and external partners. Well-developed time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize assignments and work within standardized policies and procedures to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. Ability to interpret a variety of data and instructions, furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to prioritize assignments and work within standardized policies and procedures to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. Ability to takes initiative and responsibility for meeting deliverables.

Pay Range is $45.60 to $68.40 / hour
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
