Job descriptionInstall and configure AV and smart-home systems including Control4, Savant, or Crestron Pull, label, and terminate structured wiring for audio, video, and network systems Mount TVs, speakers, racks, and related components with precision and care Configure routers, switches, and wireless networks for seamless system performance Assist with basic programming and troubleshooting of automation platforms Perform quality checks and system testing before handoff to project management Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Communicate clearly with clients, builders, and teammatesrepresenting Oasis with professionalism and courtesy 25 years of experience in residential AV, low-voltage, or home automation installation Familiarity with Control4, Crestron, Savant, or similar platforms Strong understanding of network fundamentals (routers, switches, IP addressing) Experience reading and following construction drawings and wiring schematics preferred Comfort with ladders, lifts, and hand / power tools Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and team-minded Valid drivers license and clean driving record required Competitive pay based on experience ($25$32 / hr range) 401(k) with company match after 1 year Performance bonuses for initiative and excellence Paid Time Off and Sick Time Life-event perks (gifts for major milestones like marriage, new baby, or first home) Employee discounts on top-tier gear Work with a team that values craftsmanship, communication, and continual learning Healthcare
