As a Manufacturing Engineering / Engineering Support Specialist at our client, you will gain hands-on experience in optimizing manufacturing operations and driving operational excellence. You will assist in developing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes, process improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will report directly to our Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Northford, CT location on an in-person work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining standard work documentation for manufacturing processes.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste.
• Develop reports to track manufacturing performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Learn and understand various manufacturing processes to contribute effectively to the team.
