  • Patient Volume : 8 Acute / 4-6 Swing
  • Case Mix : Cardiology, General Surgery, PRN Pulm, Nephrology.
  • Required Procedures : Intubation, Central lines for emergencies.
  • No. of Beds : 22
  • EMR : Meditech
  • Other Info : Facility has no ICU however prefer providers w / a minimum skill set to intubate and central line placement for emergencies.
  • Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements :

  • Active WV License
  • BC / BE (IM / FM; If BE, must be 0-5 yrs post residency)
  • Procedural Logs within the past 12 mos for Central Lines, Intubations & Vents
  • COVID vaccination proof
  • BLS / ACLS / NRP
  • Clean record
