What You'll Do :

Be the face of the salon – creating a warm, welcoming space where clients feel confident and cared for.

Lead, train, and inspire a team of beauty and tanning consultants to meet goals and deliver outstanding service.

Drive sales across memberships, retail skincare, and tanning services – and celebrate those wins with your team.

Manage scheduling, inventory, and daily operations to keep things running smoothly.

Promote your salon locally through community engagement and social outreach.

What You Bring :

Previous experience managing a team in a retail or service-based environment.

A passion for tanning, beauty, and helping people look and feel their best.

Strong leadership and communication skills – you're organized, upbeat, and goal-driven.

Comfort with handling operations, numbers, and building team accountability.

Local knowledge and pride – you're excited to represent a brand that's all about confidence and self-care.

What You'll Get :

$50,000–$55,000 / year total compensation (Base + Bonus + Commission).
