Job descriptionManage pharmacy operations, inventory, and vendor relationships Lead and train staff, fostering professionalism and excellence Ensure compliance with USP 795, 797, 800, FDA, DEA, and state regulations Collaborate with healthcare providers on customized compounding solutions Maintain active pharmacist licenses across multiple states PharmD with an active Texas license; multi-state licensing preferred 5+ years of pharmacy management experience (sterile compounding preferred) Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in pharmacy software systems and regulatory compliance Experience training pharmacists and collaborating with providers Must be licensed in the following states : Louisiana Tennessee Oklahoma Nebraska Nevada Arkansas Weekdays : 9 AM 6 : 30 PM Rotating Saturdays : 9 AM 1 PM Must reside locally or be willing to relocate to the Dallas area Background and drug test required
