Position Details :

• Scheduling : Enjoy a schedule of 7 on 7 off, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
• Responsibilities : Engage in rounding on all pediatric inpatients and newborns in the hospital, with 24-hour availability for inpatient needs.
• Level I Nursery : Work in a Level I Nursery, contributing to the care of newborns without a NICU or PICU.
• Annual Births : Contribute to an average of 750+ births per year, participating in the care of a diverse patient population.
• Daily Census : Manage an average pediatric inpatient daily census ranging from 1-5 patients.
• Educational Involvement : Collaborate with a Family Medicine Residency Program, contributing to educational initiatives.
• Community Call : Provide call coverage within the community, ensuring comprehensive pediatric care.
