Vice President, Americas Solution Delivery

The Vice President, Americas Solution Delivery is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the successful delivery of IQGeo solutions across the Americas region. This client-facing position will lead a multidisciplinary team that ensures customers realize maximum value from IQGeo's technology and services, from solution design through adoption. Working in close partnership with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams, the VP will oversee programs, projects, and service delivery while ensuring quality, innovation, and scalability. This role is key to strengthening customer relationships, achieving business objectives, and driving growth in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Americas Solution Delivery organization, aligning regional delivery execution with global strategy and corporate objectives.
  • Act as the primary delivery executive for strategic accounts, building trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer organizations to shape proposals, define delivery approaches, and ensure commercial success.

Delivery Excellence

  • Oversee end-to-end program and project management, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of IQGeo solutions.
  • Drive solution design, configuration, and customization that align with customer business needs.
  • Manage and scale data services to support customer implementations and migrations.
  • Champion quality assurance and testing best practices to ensure solutions meet performance and compliance standards.

    • Adoption & Business Value

  • Lead business design workshops and ensure customer processes are effectively enabled by IQGeo solutions.
  • Direct learning and adoption programs to maximize customer engagement, satisfaction, and ROI.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to customers, helping them unlock business value from their technology investments.

    • Operational Excellence

  • Build and mentor a high-performing delivery team with expertise across program management, solution design, QA / testing, and data services.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, delivery standards, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Americas delivery organization.
  • Ensure effective resource planning, utilization, and forecasting to support revenue growth and margin goals.

    • Required Skills

  • 15+ years of professional experience, including at least 7 years in leadership roles within technology solution delivery, consulting, or professional services.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex software and data solutions in a customer-facing capacity.
  • Strong expertise across program / project management, solution design, QA / testing, and business process alignment.
  • Demonstrated success in driving learning, adoption, and change management in enterprise technology deployments.
  • Experience in telecoms, utilities, geospatial, or related industries strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with C-level executives and customers.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align delivery outcomes to commercial objectives.
