Key Responsibilities

Provide personalized financial advice, including equity compensation planning and retirement planning, to clients

Shape scalable systems for delivering customized financial advice and ensure client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or related roles

Expertise in equity compensation and serving startup employees and executives

Proven track record in client relationship management with high-net-worth individuals

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; CFP designation or advanced degree is a plus

Tech-savvy and adaptable to the changes of startup culture
