As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment management services . You'll play a key role in helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals while growing your own client base within a supportive, growth-minded environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement personalized financial plans tailored to client needs (investment, retirement, insurance, estate planning, etc.)
- Provide ongoing financial advice and adapt strategies based on life changes and market conditions
- Build and manage a book of business, focusing on client acquisition and retention
- Conduct financial analyses, risk assessments, and market research to inform investment strategies
- Maintain compliance with all FINRA / SEC regulations and firm standards
- Educate clients on financial products, planning tools, and market trends
- Leverage financial planning software and CRM tools for client management and planning
- Actively participate in business development activities, including networking and referrals

Must-Have Qualifications
Proven experience as a Financial AdvisorActive Series 65 or 66 licenseActive Health and Life Insurance licensesEstablished book of business with ongoing client relationshipsIn-depth knowledge of financial planning principles, investment vehicles, and insurance productsExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational abilitiesPreferred Qualifications
