Job Description

• 5 to 8 years of total QA experience with a strong focus on functional Automation testing.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Leading QA activities including test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Proven experience in Functional Test Automation, with a focus on designing robust test strategies and frameworks.
• Exposure to test management and defect tracking tools like JIRA, Octane or similar.
• Strong QA automation experience (using tools like Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber framework.)
• Understanding of self-healing test automation techniques.)
• Test Planning & Strategy
• Defect Management & Root Cause Analysis
• Agile Testing Methodology
• Automation Frameworks : Selenium, TestNG, or similar
• Basic understanding of AI-driven quality assurance approaches.
• Methodical and systematic approach to testing.
• Experience with REST API automation tools such as Rest or Postman.
• Familiarity with CI / CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Test Management Tools : JIRA, TestRail, Octane.
• Version Control : Git, Bitbucket
• CI / CD Integration : Jenkins, AWS DevOps (basic understanding preferred)

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
