Nursing Supervisor

Also known as a nurse manager, the nursing supervisor is responsible for hiring and training new staff in a healthcare facility and supervising existing staff. The nursing supervisor is sometimes responsible for the following task : managing department budgets, listening to patients' complaints, and assigning nurses to shifts in addition to other tasks specified by the healthcare facility management.

Education / Requirements :

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) : 4-Year Education
• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) : 2-Year Education
• You must earn an ADN or BSN degree and pass the NCLEX to apply for a license as a RN.
• RN's can only work with an active state license.
• Per Diem PART-TIME - Needed ASAP - 2 Eve shifts / week likely rotating, and including Holidays if falling on schedule. 12 Weeks w / Extension possible.
