EisnerAmper's Healthcare team is seeking an Office Manager / Executive Assistant to join our Burlington, MA office. This role will serve as both the face of the office and a vital member of our Healthcare team. This fully in-office role combines office operations with high-level administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and professional, with a strong service mindset and a passion for creating a welcoming and efficient environment for clients, guests, and team members. Schedule : 40 hours per week / 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm (1 hour lunch break)

What Work You Will Be Responsible For :
Administrative & Client Support :Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Healthcare team, including direct support to healthcare partners.Manage client onboarding : prepare engagement letters and set up new clients.Coordinate client communications, respond to inquiries, and track project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.Prepare and manage Power of Attorney documents and client meeting packets.Draft, route, and track documents via email and DocuSign.Office Operations & Coordination :Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, clients, and internal team members in the Burlington office.Maintain organized client files (digital and physical), manage document intake and storage.Scan, file, and archive documents as needed.Schedule internal and external meetings; manage calendars and meeting logistics.Book travel and process expense reports for team members.Maintain general office organization and support daily operations.Systems & Tools Management :Use and maintain tax workflow tools such as XCM, SafeSend, and DocuSign.Monitor and manage client portal access and user permissions.Work with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF tools for documentation and communication.Special Projects & Seasonal Support :Assist with special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks.General year-round support required due to steady volume.Basic Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in office administration or professional services support.Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Preferred / Desired Qualifications :
Experience working in a professional services or accounting firm environment.Familiarity with tax workflow systems, including XCM.Knowledge of tools such as TaxCaddy, SafeSend, Practice CS, and ProSystem fx (ProFX) is a plus.Hands-on experience with DocuSign.High attention to detail and strong sense of urgency.Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion and professionalism.Strong interpersonal skills; works effectively across all levels, including with Partners.Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.Adaptable in a fast-paced.
