A thriving dental practice in Midland, Texas is seeking a Pediatric Dentist (or a General Dentist with pediatric experience ) to join its growing team. This position offers a flexible schedule, a strong support staff, and the potential for a long-term partnership in a high-volume, well-established practice.

Position Details

• Start Date : ASAP
• Schedule : Monday Thursday 8 : 30 AM 4 : 30 PM, Friday 8 : 30 AM 12 : 30 PM (flexible)
• Setting : 100% outpatient
• Daily Patient Volume : patients per day
• Procedures : All pediatric dental procedures (preventive, restorative, and surgical)
• Support Team : 7 experienced dental assistants per doctor (no hygienists)
• Software : Denticon
• Credentialing Timeframe : 1 2 weeks
