About the Role
You’ll own the full lifecycle of taking a property from raw land to a finished, move-in-ready land / home package. This means coordinating trades, managing budgets, solving problems early, and keeping multiple projects moving at once. All current projects are within two hours of Savannah. If you want hands-on experience in land development, subdivisions, and the business side of real estate, this role gives you a front-row seat.
Responsibilities
- Permitting : Manage mobile home permits, transport permits, septic / well permits, and all required inspections
- Lot Development : Coordinate clearing, grading, driveways, well / septic installs, and contractor timelines
- Home Installation : Oversee setup, anchoring, underpinning, porches / steps, and utility connections
- Inspections : Ensure all homes pass required inspections and reach Certificate of Occupancy quickly
- Budgeting & Cost Control : Track expenses in real time, maintain accurate project files, and keep each project on budget
- Reporting : Provide weekly updates on progress, costs, and issues
- General Operations : Conduct site visits, take progress photos, coordinate contractors, and solve day-to-day problems
- Exposure : Work alongside leadership on minor subdivisions, entitlements, and other land deals
