Poised for substantial growth in 2025 and looking for a Customer Service Representative to deliver on tough challenges and lead change in this highly competitive industry. The 3PL business is a “sky is the limit” industry that continues to see massive growth as brick-and-mortar businesses continue to transition to a direct-to-consumer model.

Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Resolve complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
• Provide product or service information, including troubleshooting support
• Customer support
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
• Work in-office
• Day shift (8 : 30am-5pm), some weekends
• Fast-paced, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
