Job Summary

We are looking for a Retail Store Supervisor to join our client's team in Columbus, NE. In this role, you will help lead daily retail operations, support and train team members and ensure excellent customer service. Youll also be responsible for managing the store in the absence of the Manager or Assistant Manager. Key Responsibilities

• Provide positive leadership and serve as a role model for team members
• Assist with and oversee daily tasks on the sales floor, donation area and donation center
• Help organize and process donations to ensure quality product reaches the floor in a timely manner
• Identify and separate items suitable for e-commerce
• Ensure cleanliness, organization and compliance with store procedures
• Open and close the store as needed in the absence of management
• Support the training and development of staff
• Maintain quantity and quality control of product on the floor
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers, donors and the community
• Promote and inform customers of in-store promotions and seasonal specials
• Ensure team members follow company policies and procedures
• Foster a workplace that embraces diversity, inclusion and company values
• Arrive on time and maintain consistent attendance
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
