This opportunity is located at our Community Hospital North campus.
Highlights
Community Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to work with our Sleep Medicine group at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis, IN.
- Full time Monday through Friday schedule
- No call or weekends
- Outpatient only
- Electronic Medical Record system (EPIC)
- Competitive compensation and benefits package
- Candidates with Sleep Medicine Experience strongly preferred
Licensure & Certifications
Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
