We're making a difference every day-working for a safer, healthier, and more secure nation and world. Our workplace reflects our values. Core Values

Empower : ECP encourages participants to ask questions, take initiative, propose new ideas, and take ownership of their work.

Culture : The program cultivates a collaborative, inclusive, and value-driven environment, enabling ECP members to introduce fresh perspectives and help shape MITRE's organizational culture.

Key distinction unlike traditional rotational programs, ECP is rooted in intentional, experience-based learning within one department. This approach fosters internal team development, long-term growth, and continuity, rather than cycling participants through multiple assignments.

Foundations

Curated Training : Managers develop training modules complemented by hands-on examples to accelerate learning.
