This is not an IT recruiting role. If you’ve recruited telecom engineers, low-voltage / structured cabling specialists, OSP / ISP technicians, wireless / DAS talent, or construction leadership, you’re in the right place.

Our client delivers Wireless, OSP fiber, and ISP structured cabling solutions for Cloud, Hyperscale, and AI data centers. You’ll recruit the engineers, project leaders, and field teams who design and install the infrastructure powering these mission-critical environments.

This is a hands-on, field-connected role partnering directly with hiring managers, engineers, and project teams. Your success will depend on strong skills in sourcing (finding specialized talent), filtering (identifying the right technical fit), and closing (bringing candidates across the finish line).

This is a full-time, onsite position in Tyson's Corner supporting a collaborative delivery-driven recruiting team.
