RN Supervisor – Night Shift (Full-Time)

Location : Rose View Nursing & Rehab Center – Williamsport, PA

Schedule : Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Night Shift (11 PM – 7 AM) | Every 6th weekend on-call

Rose View Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our night shift leadership team. If you’re a compassionate, experienced nurse who takes pride in guiding others and ensuring excellent resident care, we want to hear from you.

Your Role as RN Supervisor (Night Shift)

Lead and support nursing staff during the 11 PM – 7 AM shift

Ensure compliance with facility policies and state / federal regulations

Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and unit managers to maintain continuity of care

Oversee and review resident care plans and documentation

Respond promptly to resident needs, emergencies, and staffing concerns

Conduct rounds to evaluate resident care, staff performance, and infection control practices

Foster teamwork and provide hands-on mentorship to your team

Qualifications

Active RN license in Pennsylvania (required)

1+ year of supervisory experience in long-term care or healthcare (preferred)

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to manage emergencies and support staff effectively

Passion for resident-centered care and maintaining a safe, compassionate environment
