Job Summary and Responsibilities

CHI St. Vincent Medical Group Hot Springs is seeking BE / BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with prior Hospitalist experience to join a well-established and expanding hospitalist program and practice as a Nocturnist . CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs , a faith-based , not-for-profit facility delivers critical healthcare services to the southwest region of Arkansas. Additionally, we maintain The Joint Commission's National Quality Approval .

• Growing Nocturnist Team : Join two existing providers in a dedicated program.
• Ideal Schedule : Enjoy a predictable 7-on / 7-off block rotation.
• Flexible Shifts : Mix of 12-hour early and overnight shifts available.
• Specialized Focus : No pediatric patients required.
• Advanced EMR : System-wide utilization of EPIC EMR.
• Trauma Center Affiliation : Part of Southwest Arkansas's only Level II Trauma Center.
• Strong Support : Open ICU with excellent Intensivist backup.
