• Lead Projects Deliver structural designs for commercial, residential, healthcare, and institutional buildings.
• Mentor Engineers Review work, provide guidance, and uphold quality.
• Engage Clients Partner with architects, contractors, and owners.
• Apply Technical Depth Design in steel, concrete, wood, and masonry using ETABS, RAM, RISA, and Revit.
• Drive Growth Contribute to proposals and business development across South Florida.
