Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

Respond to, determine and coordinate reroute requests from Medline divisions, Sales and / or Customer Service.

Job Description

Analyze backorder lines. Determine if potential reroute to a viable shipping plant based on stock status and order profitability using approximate shipping expense is warranted.

Communicate with sales reps, customer service specialists and / or internal departments on sourcing and / or routing decisions.

Work with Manager, Logistics to change guidelines based on specific issues, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications :

Education

High school diploma.

Relevant Work Experience

At least 1 year related SAP experience and / or SAP training.

Additional

Ability to estimate simple math computations quickly and accurately.

Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example : using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and / or print scaling).

Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example : inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and / or adjusting table columns).

The anticipated salary range for this position :

$18.25 - $25.50 Hourly

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
