Job description : Must Have's :
3 yrs of experience
BS or MS in an Engineering Discipline
Provide fundamental project management support, schedule and facilitate meetings, capture and assign action items, drive items to completion. The Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible for monitoring the key engineering deliverables status, providing overview of coming products and milestones
Support progression through program milestones, demonstrating knowledge of ADAS Hardware Development (ECU, Camera, Radar, Ultrasonics, LiDAR) through Vehicle Program Progression; Supporting hardware deliverables, including DFMEA, CAD, Electrical Interfaces, etc.
Maintain PM documents such as issues list, timing charts, JIRA dashboards, budgets, etc. and track progress
Highlight any risks and issues for management reporting and provide assistance as needed
Align with respective teams and facilitate the teams' progress toward their goals
Build a cohesive relationship with the PMT Leader and all team members. Strive to build a high performing team
Anticipate the needs of the team. Build a plan and work to eliminate impediments
Coordinate with interfacing teams (both internal and external to ADAS) and other project managers. Gather and share information as needed
Monitor and update program delivery JIRAs. Flag any outstanding and upcoming milestone deliverables to the team.
The overall responsibility of the Project Manager role is to add value for the ADAS PMT leaders, ADAS feature teams, FDLs, and FSIMs
Data / Information mining and organizing issues for discussion in appropriate forums
Strive for relentless improvement
Any other assignments as requested by the PMT Leads and feature teams
Key Deliverables
JIRA management : target start & end dates, due dates, target dates, ownership, escalation structure etc.
Secure program milestone information to align section efforts
Create program look ahead to support weekly milestone JIRA reviews
Lead Jira dashboard creation and maintenance
Attend key meetings and share notes with team members that are unable to attend
Bring attention to any JIRAs facing roadblocks
Assist engineers in finding the correct people to help close tickets, send emails, etc.

Qualifications :
BS or MS in an Engineering Discipline
Project Management Experience or Certification : PMP, Agile, SCRUM
Experience with Taguchi Methodology
Automotive Industry Experience 3+ years
