Overview :

The Monitor Tech Lead will assist in planning and coordination of the Monitor Room operations. Serves as a clinical resource for the staff. Functions To provide direct and continuous observation of the Electrocardiographic pattern on all telemetry monitored patients. Functions in all shifts as a monitor technician in the department. Assumes duties as delegated by the manager / director. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications :

• Experience : Minimum 5 years of equivalent of monitor technician experience
• Required Education : Must have completed a high school education
