Project Scope : The position is responsible for working with end users across the office to understand their technology needs to improve their business processes and help them become more efficient.
Roles / Responsibilities : Examples of work in this position include, but are not limited to the following :
- Business needs requirements gathering.
- Aligning staff with available technology tools to meet their needs.
- Workflow development for the use of technology and staff business needs.
- Conducting staff training on the various technology tools that are available to them
Mandatory Skills :
Moderate knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and Adobe AcrobatStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to convey technical processes into business practices5-7 Years of experience in Microsoft 365 applicationsDesirable Skills :
