Job descriptionPrefer at least one year of basic maintenance and / or general labor experience Ability to perform all aspects of preparing an apartment for rent ready Have an eye for detail to ensure each apartment is presentable for new residents Perform light maintenance Ability to consistently display a positive attitude Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal skillswill communicate with residents, management, vendors and contractors Final prep and small repairs of luxury apartments Drywall repair Paint touch-up Door and lock changes Light plumbing and electrical Other duties as assigned Guaranteed hourly rate Career growth opportunities Full Benefits including Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance 401k Match Program Discounted rate if you live on property Access to our fitness centers and pools Referral reward program
