Stallant Health & Wellness is inviting applications for a Physical Therapist at our newly opened Rural Health Clinic in Highland, CA. This position plays a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care while promoting wellness, mobility, and long-term health outcomes for our community.

We are seeking a Physical Therapist who values clinical excellence, teamwork, and compassion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate both strong technical skills and a personal commitment to cultivating a caring, collaborative, and patient-focused environment.

Duties would include :

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments to determine physical limitations, functional needs, and rehabilitation goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, balance, and mobility interventions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, ergonomics, and adaptive techniques.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Participate in community outreach and wellness programs, promoting physical health in our community
• Adapt care plans to account for limited resources and diverse patient needs in a rural setting.
