Hunter Auto Group is seeking a motivated and professional BDC Service Representative to support our growing Service Department! As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering a smooth, positive service experience from start to finish. What Youll Do :

• Be the first point of contact for service inquiries via phone, text, and email
• Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
• Provide exceptional customer care and ensure satisfaction at every step
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to keep everything running smoothly
• Keep our database organized and up to date
