Neurology Locum provider needed in Washington assist with full time coverage. Provider will be performing outpatient clinic coverage.

Requirements :  Board Certified / Board Eligible. Active WA License

Assignment Duration :  6 months

Schedule :  Tuesday-Friday, 7 : 30a-4 : 30p

Patient Census :   15-20 per shift

Procedures / Reads required : EMG, Botox, Occipital Nerve Injections, Trigger Point Injections
