Job description

Seeking a full-time BE / BC Ophthalmologist to join team in west central MN.

  • Join one other part-time neuro-ophthalmologist; full-time ophthalmologist is retiring upon hire.
  • No call
  • Monday-Friday
  • Volume of patients / day Variable depending on provider preferences; option for high volume work

Compensation and benefits

  • Guaranteed base compensation that exceeds the national average of total compensation for practicing physicians; option to earn above base compensation based on production hours
  • Generous benefits package including : health & dental, life insurance, group health insurance, disability insurance (short and long term), 6 weeks paid time off, malpractice insurance, annual employer contribution of 10% of wages towards 401K (100% vested retirement plan), profit sharing plan, & cash balance plan
