This role requires a hands-on leader who can inspire the team, maintain the highest standards of food quality and service, and ensure smooth execution in a fast-paced fine dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability
- Lead, train, and mentor team members to ensure exceptional service standards
- Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and quality controls
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and achieve revenue goals
