Job descriptionWork with project managers to plan, coordinate, and oversee all installation projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints Manage and supervise installation teams, providing training, support, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality work Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during installation, addressing concerns and providing updates on project status Ensure all installations comply with company standards, industry regulations, and safety protocols Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency Address and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines Maintain accurate records of installation processes, including reports on project progress, team performance, and safety compliance Work closely with sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance installation efficiency Extensive training in the HVAC industry & BAS building automation systems Universal EPA certification 5+ years of experience in supervising install field personnel, or Forman experience [HVAC / BAS building automation, etc.] Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in project management software and tools Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices Must have the ability to constantly lift or carry up to 10 lbs., frequently lift or carry 11-20 lbs., and occasionally lift or carry 21-50 lbs. Must also have the ability to occasionally lift or carry 51-100 lbs. with a team lift

Working in commercial offices, light industrial, hotel & hospitality, health care and critical facility operations.
We are looking for a HVAC Installation Field Supervisor.
Position Overview :
Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation of products and systems, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role involves overseeing and supporting installation teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
Job Title : HVAC Installation Field Supervisor
Pay Scale : $40.00 - $48.00 per hour
Work Type : Full Time
